We are proud to announce the launch of our electric car salary sacrifice scheme, which allows our employees to lease an electric car through their salary.
This scheme is an exciting new benefit for WSP Engineering employees to positively impact the environment while also benefiting from a cost-effective way to drive an electric car.
A wide range of electric cars is available to suit all tastes and budgets, from a Tesla Model 3 or a Polestar 2 to a Vauxhall Corsa E or a Mini Cooper Electrics. The scheme includes insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, a home charging kit and free charging for the first 4000 miles
Employees who sign up for the scheme will benefit from significant savings, as the cost of leasing an electric car through salary sacrifice is significantly lower than buying or leasing a car independently. In addition, our employees will be able to enjoy the many benefits of driving an electric car, such as lower fuel costs and reduced emissions.
This initiative reflects our commitment to sustainability and continued investment in our employee benefit and reward programme.
