We are thrilled to announce the launch of our engineering graduate scheme. This exciting opportunity offers aspiring engineers a comprehensive two-year program designed to provide them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to thrive in the industry.

As part of the WSP Engineering family, graduates will benefit from continuous formal and informal training supported by a dedicated mentor.

We are passionate about the development of our people and offer a tailored development programme that nurtures talented individuals and, through the two-year graduate program, equips participants with the core skills and behaviours we need in our team and puts into practice the technical knowledge gained on your degree program.

Graduates will gain transferable skills across multiple disciplines, including Project Management, HSE, Consultancy, and Turnkey Projects.

Through rotations in different WSP Engineering team functions, participants will develop a holistic understanding of engineering while building knowledge of how each function operates within the wider business context.
